Terms of sale

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms govern the use of the voice and video calling service published by TwoCum — Find Yourself Forever Sp. z o.o., ul. Marszałkowska 84/92, 00-514 Warszawa, Poland. Phone: +48 22 307 14 56. Email: contact@twocum.com.

1. Purpose

TwoCum provides an app for voice and video calls with people the user invites: friends, family and colleagues. The service is not a directory of unknown people and it is not the support service of any other product.

2. Price

Standard voice and video calls are free. Data charges from the user's operator may apply. Any optional paid feature is described, with its price, before the user accepts it. There is no hidden fee on a standard call.

3. Account

4. Acceptable use

The user may not use the service to break the law, to harass another person, or to publish a call link in a way that invites the general public. The publisher may suspend an account that does so, after notice when the law allows it.

5. Availability

The service is provided as available. A call depends on the user's device, browser permissions (camera and microphone) and internet connection. Maintenance can interrupt access. The help desk is the phone and the email above.

6. Right of withdrawal

The free service does not involve a distance purchase. If a paid option is bought online by a consumer, the statutory withdrawal rules for digital services apply, including the case where the consumer asks for the service to start immediately and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal.

7. Changes

The publisher may update the app and these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when the terms change. Continued use after that date means the user accepts the new terms. A paid option already bought keeps the conditions accepted at the time of purchase.

8. Liability

TwoCum is responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. It is not liable for a failure that comes from the user's device, network, or from an act of a third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent to contact@twocum.com or by phone at +48 22 307 14 56. If you are a consumer in the European Union and the answer is not satisfactory, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, the country in which TwoCum is established. A consumer keeps the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
